News21/09/2008 - The National Childminding Association chooses the British Accreditation Bureau
The National Childminding Association works with registered childminders and nannies, as well as other individuals and organisations to ensure families in every community in England and Wales have access to high quality home-based childcare, play, learning and family support. To ensure the highest quality of services, the NCA has selected the British Accreditation Bureau as its partner for ISO 9001 certification. <ENDS> For further information, please contact: Notes to EditorsThe British Accreditation Bureau is the leading certification body for accrediting people, services and organisations. Our reputation was established in 1965 as a division of Salford University Business Services. In 1997, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry approved the use of the word ‘British’ in our new corporate title (The British Accreditation Bureau), in recognition of our pre-eminent status. Today, our core business is the accreditation of people, services and
organisations. We certify organisations to the latest ISO standards and
design and manage bespoke accreditation schemes. Such schemes are based on
the establishment of standards, which can be developed to be recognised
company-wide, industry-wide, nationally or internationally. |
